Result: Second Violation of Probation/Community Control Reinstated

Client was on probation for carrying a concealed firearm, a third degree felony.  Client pled to that charge and was put on probation prior to Jason Mayberry’s representation of client.  Client violated probation and was put on 90 days community control.  Client violated for the second time, this time a violation of community control, and faced a 180 day jail request by the state with the possibility of being sentenced to 5 years in the department of corrections.  Jason Mayberry was hired to represent Client and after advice on what beneficial actions to take while Client was out on bond prior to his final hearing, Jason Mayberry was able to get Client’s community control reinstated and jail was avoided.
